A blend of the five Bordeaux grapes of Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

  • Tasting Notes: These Bordeaux grapes have been blended together creating a rich, ripe fruit in the front mouth, spice, leather and plum in the middle, soft tannins of oak and light smoke in the back leading to a lingering smooth aftertaste that will lead you tipping your glass for the next taste.
  • Food Pairings: Prime Rib with cream horseradish sauce, tri-tip, steaks.
  • Appellation: Fountaingrove
  • ABV: 13.9%

A blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc, 15% Petit Verdot, and 10% Malbec. A wine that is wonderful now and will age beautifully for years.

  • Tasting Notes: Deep red and black fruit flavors with soft spice and soft balanced tannins.
  • Food Pairings: The Santa Maria BBQ Tri-Tip roast with my Death Valley Marinate is my "Go To" recipe for this Cuvee.
