A blend of 2 Pinot Noir Dijon clones for structure with complexity and a Pommard clone for savory and fruit characteristics.

  • Tasting Notes: Notes of plum and cherry with soft undertones of oak, tobacco, and subtle earthiness of the French Burgundy style.
  • Food Pairings: A wonderful wine to pair with lamb, medallions of pork, braised meats, sharp cheddar, duck confit.
  • Appellation: Russian River Valley

A Blend of 2 Pinot Noir Dijon clones for structure with complexity and a Pommard clone for savory and fruit characteristics.
