Petit Verdot is normally used in the Bordeaux region of France as a blending wine for its intense color, fruitiness and soft tannins. It’s a wonderful wine on its own, fitting into everyday occasions and many dishes. Aged in new French oak for 10 months.

  • Tasting Notes:A luscious dark ruby colored wine with ripe currant, blueberry, pomegranate, and Costa Rican coffee on the nose. Balanced acidity and soft tannins with blackberries, light smoke and a hint of lavender on the backmouth.
  • Food Pairings: Wonderful with a sausage paella.
