A very concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon, grown at the Plum Ridge Vineyards on the western facing slopes of the Mayacaamas Mountains where rich volcanic soils create small berries with intense fruitiness. Farmed at an elevation of 1200 ft. giving the grapes a warmer heat yet cool nights.
